3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium tier: Unlimited access to features
• Subscriptions managed through Apple App Store
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. Generated Content - For Fun Only

All music and content generated in MUSE is for your personal entertainment and enjoyment. Have fun, create cool stuff, share with friends - but don't try to sell it or use it for business.

Simple rules:

• ✓ Share with friends and family
• ✓ Create music for your own entertainment
• ✗ Don't use for business or make money from it
• ✗ Don't sell generated content
• ✗ Don't claim you own the copyright

Legal stuff: We use third-party AI services and don't control them. We don't grant you any ownership rights. You use everything at your own risk.

5. AI Voices and Synthetic Content

AI voices are 100% synthetic. They are not real people and not endorsed by any individuals or celebrities.

You acknowledge that:

• AI voices are artistic interpretations, not actual recordings of real people
• Voices are not authorized, approved, or affiliated with any real person
• You may not claim that any real person performed, created, or endorsed your content
• You assume all liability for personality rights, publicity rights, or defamation claims
• If sued for using voices, you are solely responsible

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MUSE:

• For any commercial purposes
• To violate any law or regulation
• To infringe intellectual property rights
• To harass, threaten, or harm others
• To create hate speech or discriminatory content
• To impersonate others or claim celebrity endorsement
• To spread misinformation or deepfakes
• For any purpose other than personal entertainment

7. No Warranties

MUSE is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• Service availability, reliability, or quality
• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• Copyright, legal rights, or protections
• Third-party services we use
• Security or data protection

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of MUSE, including but not limited to:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Generated content or any claims related to it
• Copyright, trademark, or publicity rights claims
• Third-party service failures or changes
• Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access
• Any commercial losses or lost profits

If we are found liable, our maximum liability is the lesser of: (a) amounts you paid us in the last 6 months, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of MUSE
• Your use of generated content
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Claims related to AI voices or generated content

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate MUSE. You acknowledge that:

• Third-party services have their own terms and policies
• We do not control third-party services
• Your use of MUSE constitutes acceptance of third-party terms
• We are not responsible for third-party service actions or failures

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

You may stop using MUSE at any time by deleting the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits, to the extent permitted by law.

14. General

• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains valid
• Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• These terms constitute the entire agreement
